Of all the Goth Metal outfits I’ve heard with exclusively nice-sounding female vocals, this is probably one of the better in recent memory. The woman certainly has a pretty voice, but the two songs here tend to drag on and are a bit lacking dynamically (at least they were kept short). Nothing outstandingly triumphant here, but I’d rather hear this girl on the radio than the invalid Christ-fucking hick from Creed.

This album Margaret Aitken, the great story of Balwearie witches. Aitken is finally driven to madness by guilt and haunting looks of my brain can not be killed by the hands of innocent girls. She has proven to be a fraud and is burned in the game itself. (Our interpretation of this story)

I saw this yesterday (12/28/15) and I didn’t want to believe it. Lemmy and Motorhead played a large role in my ill-spent youth and even though I knew it wasn’t possible, I thought that Lemmy would always be there. He lived fast and hard, just like his music. He was an inspiration to countless people and Metal as we know it wouldn’t be the same without him. He was a true legend. His Iron Fist shook the world and changed it forever. Rest in peace, brother Lemmy. You will never be forgotten.
