Enthroned (Belgium) - Carnage in Worlds Beyond

In truth, nothing Enthroned have done since the Regie Sathanas EP has really blown me away, and after repeated spins of this effort, I’m beginning to wonder if maybe these guys have fallen into the same routine that has befallen the mighty Cannibal Corpse and more recently Nile. I’m talking about putting the same mega-fast album out over and over every couple of years. Perhaps the band is burnt out or in a creative rut. Whatever the case, I sincerely hope Enthroned can find the fire again, because it’s just plain sad when you can’t tell the originators from the copycats.

This album Margaret Aitken, the great story of Balwearie witches. After pleading guilty under torture, the Commission pointed out that witch witches throughout the country in exchange for their life hunter aid offered. During the four-month period, after the Aitken Commission has been identified by his was visited several parts of Scotland and detained a number of people put to the test and burned at the stake. Aitken is finally driven to madness by guilt and haunting looks of my brain can not be killed by the hands of innocent girls. She has proven to be a fraud and is burned in the game itself. (Our interpretation of this story)

I saw this yesterday (12/28/15) and I didn’t want to believe it. Lemmy and Motorhead played a large role in my ill-spent youth and even though I knew it wasn’t possible, I thought that Lemmy would always be there. He lived fast and hard, just like his music. He was an inspiration to countless people and Metal as we know it wouldn’t be the same without him. He was a true legend. His Iron Fist shook the world and changed it forever. Rest in peace, brother Lemmy. You will never be forgotten.
