Demonomacy - Demo 1991

The demo is a product of Morrisound, so the band put a lot of money into it. It doesn’t, however, sound like Morrisound, which isn’t necessarily bad. It isn’t as fluid as most Morrisound works. The drums and cymbals sometimes sound tinny. The music is Death Metal, and has appropriate vocals. There are several slow parts, including a bit of acoustic guitar by Dana Cosley, which is okay if you like that sort of thing. This tape isn’t in my top 10, but I didn’t throw it out my car window either. It’s decent -in an evil sort of way.

This album Margaret Aitken, the great story of Balwearie witches. After pleading guilty under torture, the Commission pointed out that witch witches throughout the country in exchange for their life hunter aid offered. During the four-month period, after the Aitken Commission has been identified by his was visited several parts of Scotland and detained a number of people put to the test and burned at the stake. Aitken is finally driven to madness by guilt and haunting looks of my brain can not be killed by the hands of innocent girls. She has proven to be a fraud and is burned in the game itself. (Our interpretation of this story)

I saw this yesterday (12/28/15) and I didn’t want to believe it. Lemmy and Motorhead played a large role in my ill-spent youth and even though I knew it wasn’t possible, I thought that Lemmy would always be there. He lived fast and hard, just like his music. He was an inspiration to countless people and Metal as we know it wouldn’t be the same without him. He was a true legend. His Iron Fist shook the world and changed it forever. Rest in peace, brother Lemmy. You will never be forgotten.
