Ghost Story - The Image and the Reality

The vocals here are a little smoother than on their first demo [1989’s Seeds of Destruction], but still this is hardly a problem. In fact, I really can’t find any problems at all with this 5-song Thrash masterpiece. Clear, distinct production. Good guitar and bass sound. Good, meaty, screamed vox. Lots of double bass. And, of course, Chris Cauble’s Steve Harris-like bass ability. The fact that the songs are well written and memorable makes this clearly stand out. However, the last song, “I Won’t Change,” simply doesn’t measure up to the extremely high standard of the rest. This is the final demo from Ghost Story, but bassist Chris and his brother Andy (ex-Catacomb) have formed a new band…

This album Margaret Aitken, the great story of Balwearie witches. After pleading guilty under torture, the Commission pointed out that witch witches throughout the country in exchange for their life hunter aid offered. During the four-month period, after the Aitken Commission has been identified by his was visited several parts of Scotland and detained a number of people put to the test and burned at the stake. Aitken is finally driven to madness by guilt and haunting looks of my brain can not be killed by the hands of innocent girls. She has proven to be a fraud and is burned in the game itself. (Our interpretation of this story)

I saw this yesterday (12/28/15) and I didn’t want to believe it. Lemmy and Motorhead played a large role in my ill-spent youth and even though I knew it wasn’t possible, I thought that Lemmy would always be there. He lived fast and hard, just like his music. He was an inspiration to countless people and Metal as we know it wouldn’t be the same without him. He was a true legend. His Iron Fist shook the world and changed it forever. Rest in peace, brother Lemmy. You will never be forgotten.
