Divine Empire - Doomed to Inherit

Where do you go after an awesome debut album like Redemption? You could try to figure out a way to improve on it, and either somehow succeed, or totally fuck up everything. Most bands seem to identify the wrong elements as being their “weak links” and end up making a real mess of things, while all too few ever manage to top themselves time after time. Or, trying to avoid disaster, you could go the safer route, and more or less make Part 2. Don’t get me wrong, that’s not intended to be any type of insult. Doomed to Inherit is an excellent album, full of great, sometimes-Thrashy-sometimes-Deathy riffs and amazing drumming, just as their debut was.

This album Margaret Aitken, the great story of Balwearie witches. After pleading guilty under torture, the Commission pointed out that witch witches throughout the country in exchange for their life hunter aid offered. During the four-month period, after the Aitken Commission has been identified by his was visited several parts of Scotland and detained a number of people put to the test and burned at the stake. Aitken is finally driven to madness by guilt and haunting looks of my brain can not be killed by the hands of innocent girls. She has proven to be a fraud and is burned in the game itself. (Our interpretation of this story)

I saw this yesterday (12/28/15) and I didn’t want to believe it. Lemmy and Motorhead played a large role in my ill-spent youth and even though I knew it wasn’t possible, I thought that Lemmy would always be there. He lived fast and hard, just like his music. He was an inspiration to countless people and Metal as we know it wouldn’t be the same without him. He was a true legend. His Iron Fist shook the world and changed it forever. Rest in peace, brother Lemmy. You will never be forgotten.
