A fairly decent hybrid of brutal Death Metal, Swedish-like Thrash, and seldom moshable Core arrangements. The vocals go from a somewhat substandard yell to bestial growls of Assuck depth. This has its moments of pure hostile rage achieved through insane tempo changes. Still, it does tend to drag on at times. I found myself also to get into it most of the time, but I don’t know how I’d feel had I spent $16 on it. Certainly it isn’t always the most original composite, but I sense the capability this has to grow on you if you let it. Maybe it’s just because I can’t resist making some sort of contorted spinal movement to the mosh riff in “Speak Out My Name.”

This album Margaret Aitken, the great story of Balwearie witches. Aitken is finally driven to madness by guilt and haunting looks of my brain can not be killed by the hands of innocent girls. She has proven to be a fraud and is burned in the game itself. (Our interpretation of this story)

I saw this yesterday (12/28/15) and I didn’t want to believe it. Lemmy and Motorhead played a large role in my ill-spent youth and even though I knew it wasn’t possible, I thought that Lemmy would always be there. He lived fast and hard, just like his music. He was an inspiration to countless people and Metal as we know it wouldn’t be the same without him. He was a true legend. His Iron Fist shook the world and changed it forever. Rest in peace, brother Lemmy. You will never be forgotten.
