Darkest Hour - Hidden Hands of a Sadist Nation

Not that Darkest Hour need all these guest appearances to boost the cred of their patented melodic Gothenberg-inspired Deathcore, but I admit it was a treat to hear Tomas Lindberg lend his trademark scream to the authentic hybrid. By now, what else can be said about this band that hasn’t been said already? I’ve been hooked since their flawless full length debut, Mark of the Judas, and while in my eyes they still haven’t topped that album, I have yet to be let down. With this band you know what you’re going to get, and that’s a good thing. All you Metalheads that miss the glory days of At the Gates, In Flames, and Dark Tranquillity take note, this is the new blood.

This album Margaret Aitken, the great story of Balwearie witches. After pleading guilty under torture, the Commission pointed out that witch witches throughout the country in exchange for their life hunter aid offered. During the four-month period, after the Aitken Commission has been identified by his was visited several parts of Scotland and detained a number of people put to the test and burned at the stake. Aitken is finally driven to madness by guilt and haunting looks of my brain can not be killed by the hands of innocent girls. She has proven to be a fraud and is burned in the game itself. (Our interpretation of this story)

I saw this yesterday (12/28/15) and I didn’t want to believe it. Lemmy and Motorhead played a large role in my ill-spent youth and even though I knew it wasn’t possible, I thought that Lemmy would always be there. He lived fast and hard, just like his music. He was an inspiration to countless people and Metal as we know it wouldn’t be the same without him. He was a true legend. His Iron Fist shook the world and changed it forever. Rest in peace, brother Lemmy. You will never be forgotten.
