From the initial spoken-word seconds of the first track, I knew that this was going to be a classic. I would quote from the lyrics here, but I’d really have to quote the whole album. These bastards are nice and pissed off about everything, and I couldn’t agree more. Their thick, heavy Hardcore sometimes reminds me a bit of Retaliation era Carnivore, and other times of early Sick of It All (and a little early Suicidal Tendencies on the track “Shut My Eyes Forever”), and exactly matches the intensity of the lyrics and traditional gruff HC vox, while being very well played and catchy at the same time. Victory Records has put out some excellent Hardcore in the last few years, but Blood for Blood are in the elite of even the Victory roster.

This album Margaret Aitken, the great story of Balwearie witches. After pleading guilty under torture, the Commission pointed out that witch witches throughout the country in exchange for their life hunter aid offered. During the four-month period, after the Aitken Commission has been identified by his was visited several parts of Scotland and detained a number of people put to the test and burned at the stake. Aitken is finally driven to madness by guilt and haunting looks of my brain can not be killed by the hands of innocent girls. She has proven to be a fraud and is burned in the game itself. (Our interpretation of this story)

I saw this yesterday (12/28/15) and I didn’t want to believe it. Lemmy and Motorhead played a large role in my ill-spent youth and even though I knew it wasn’t possible, I thought that Lemmy would always be there. He lived fast and hard, just like his music. He was an inspiration to countless people and Metal as we know it wouldn’t be the same without him. He was a true legend. His Iron Fist shook the world and changed it forever. Rest in peace, brother Lemmy. You will never be forgotten.
