Poland’s Behemoth return once more with their own particular brand of Black Metal. Unlike their previous album, this one is more straight forward. There are, however, still quite a few atmospheric elements (acoustic guitars, keyboards, etc.) here and there, they are just not as prominent as in their last album. After the intro is over, this one kicks you in the face with some high speed, brutal Black Metal that is both epic and destructive - often at the same time. This CD also comes in some really excellent packaging - digipak format with great artwork and layout. One to look out for.

This album Margaret Aitken, the great story of Balwearie witches. After pleading guilty under torture, the Commission pointed out that witch witches throughout the country in exchange for their life hunter aid offered. During the four-month period, after the Aitken Commission has been identified by his was visited several parts of Scotland and detained a number of people put to the test and burned at the stake. Aitken is finally driven to madness by guilt and haunting looks of my brain can not be killed by the hands of innocent girls. She has proven to be a fraud and is burned in the game itself. (Our interpretation of this story)

I saw this yesterday (12/28/15) and I didn’t want to believe it. Lemmy and Motorhead played a large role in my ill-spent youth and even though I knew it wasn’t possible, I thought that Lemmy would always be there. He lived fast and hard, just like his music. He was an inspiration to countless people and Metal as we know it wouldn’t be the same without him. He was a true legend. His Iron Fist shook the world and changed it forever. Rest in peace, brother Lemmy. You will never be forgotten.
